930ok Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 930ok website, mobile site, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and 930ok ("930ok", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the 930ok Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

930ok reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 930ok Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — including accounts under different names, phone numbers, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

Account Security Obligations

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials including your registered mobile number, password, and any OTP codes received on your device. You must not share these with any third party under any circumstances.
• 930ok staff will never ask you for your account password. Any communication claiming to be from 930ok and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
• You must notify 930ok support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your registered mobile number has been compromised. 930ok will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to notify us of a security breach in a timely manner.
• All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. Losses incurred as a result of account sharing or failure to protect login credentials are non-refundable.

KYC Verification

930ok is required to perform identity verification on all accounts before withdrawals are processed. KYC verification may also be triggered by unusual account activity, large transaction volumes, or regulatory requirements. Documents accepted for KYC verification include:

• Government-issued Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — front and back copy required.
• Valid Bangladesh passport — photo page required.

930ok offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, maximum bet limits, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to your 930ok wallet as bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• 930ok reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Bonuses already credited and in the process of being wagered will be honoured subject to the original promotion terms.
• One bonus per promotion per player applies unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously.
• 930ok reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus if there is reasonable evidence that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, use of multiple accounts, or any other violation of these Terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to the completion of the applicable wagering requirement. Bonus balance cannot be transferred to another player's account.

All bets placed on the 930ok Platform are subject to these general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the relevant section of the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules for that event or game.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 930ok does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been confirmed by the system, except in cases where a void applies under the betting rules.
• 930ok reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time, including while an event is in progress, if there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, a breach of sporting integrity, or a technical fault in the odds feed.
• Where an obvious error has occurred in the odds displayed for a market — for example, a price that is clearly inconsistent with the true market price at the time of placement — 930ok reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Maximum payout limits apply to all sports betting markets and are stated in the sport-specific betting rules. Winnings that exceed the maximum payout limit will be paid up to the maximum limit only.
• Live betting markets close automatically when the relevant event or game phase ends or when the Platform detects a significant change in the event status. 930ok is not liable for bets that could not be placed due to market closure.

930ok is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing players with tools to manage their gaming activity.
